No equipment is needed or necessary to do virtual training with us. If you have any fitness equipment we can certainly utilize it to program your workouts. But don’t sweat it. There are an infinite amount of exercises that can be done with your own bodyweight or with common household items in your home. Yes, your sofa can be used for working out too.

Pricing varies depending on how long you want to commit for and if you want to do either a 30 minute or 60 minute session. This can be explained better during a phone conversation with one of the trainers to assess the best package based on your goals and needs.
